The Postman’s Son proudly supports the men and women of the United States Postal Service. As the son of a postal worker myself, I believe it is important to invest my business into their continued success, and the many current and former employees that rely on them. We only use the United States Postal Service for all of our domestic shipping needs.

Shipping and handling

Domestic Shipping

For all domestic shipping within the United States we offer a flat rate shipping of $4.95 for all orders under $50. We also offer Free Shipping for all domestic orders in the United States that are over $50. Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your order.

Wholesale Shipping

All wholesale orders are shipped Priority Mail. We offer flat rate shipping of $7.95 for all wholesale orders under $150. Wholesale orders over $150 are eligible for Free Shipping. Wholesale orders are normally processed within 48 hours.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping.

Backorders

If for some reason an item in you have ordered is not in stock, we will notify you with in 24 hours. You may either wait for the item to return to stock, or we will gladly issue you a refund for the portion of your purchase that is on backorder.

Return Policy

Returns & Refunds

If you are unsatisfied for any reason with in 30 days, email us at customerservice@postmansson.com with your Invoice #, Name and Address for a refund. We will issue a full refund once we have received the original product back. Secure the products before returning so no leaking occurs during shipping. Shipping charges are not included in the returns and are not refundable. A refund will not be issued if the product has been substantially used.

Damaged Items

Occasionally, issues during shipping do happen that are beyond our control. If your product does arrive damaged email us at customerservice@postmansson.com with your Invoice #, Name, and Address along with a photo of the damaged product and a description of the defect. We will gladly send you a replacement or issue a refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product for a different one, we would be happy to assist. Email us at custmerservice@postmansson.com with your Invoice #, Name, Address, and which item you would like to exchange for. The original product must be returned with in 14 days of the exchange. If the original purchase is not returned or the return has been substantially used, you will be charged for the replacement product.
